The roller is just under 3/4" wide (19mm actual width) with a "blade" that is just under 1/8"wide/thick and 4mm tall/deep. If you have an uncommon braid width and slot, feel free to contact me for a revised roller.
Large handle with texture (fuzzy skin option in slicer) for comfortable and sure grip wile using.
You will need a 1.5" 1/4-20 bolt and nylon lock nut, as well as two R188 ball bearings for the roller.
Print in your favorite material in the provided orientation. No supports needed!
Suggested print settings:
100% infill and 3 perimeters
Use random seam to prevent any seam bump that may require post processing to smooth out
Use a height range or other modifier for the bottom 125mm of the handle to change to 20% Gyroid infill and add fizzy skin texture of your choosing. The whole handle doesn't need to be 100% infill, but the end where the roller goes should be solid for strength.
Provided 3mf file has settings ready to go, just change to your printer and filament.
