This is a printable IWB holster claw designed for NEW Rounded by Concealment Express Standard IWB, Weapon Mounted Light (WML) IWB, and Tuckable holsters with two retention holes spaced 15,24 mm (or 0.60 of freedom units) apart.
The model was tested on a Glock 19 holster. Compatibility may vary depending on the exact holster version and retention setup. If the model does not fit your holster, let me know — I may be able to adjust the design.
What is a holster claw?
A holster claw is an attachment used on IWB holsters to improve concealment. It presses against the waistband and helps rotate the grip of the firearm closer to the body, reducing “printing” under clothing. This is a common accessory for IWB setups.
Compatibility
Compatible with holsters that match the original Rounded by Concealment Express claw mounting pattern:
NEW Rounded by Concealment Express Standard IWB holsters
Weapon Mounted Light (WML) IWB holsters
Tuckable IWB holsters
Two retention holes with 15,24 mm (0.60") spacing
The original Rounded claw kit is specified for both right- and left-handed IWB / Tuckable holsters with double retention holes at 15,24 mm (0.60") spacing. Provided STL is only for right side holster, but you can always mirror the part in slicer.
Print recommendations
Print this part from the strongest and toughest material available to you. I recommend polycarbonate (PC) or another high-strength engineering material.
This part may be exposed to stress, heat, belt pressure, repeated bending, and daily carry conditions, so I do not recommend weak or brittle materials.

Material: PC, PCCF, PA or similar recommended
High infill
Many perimeters
Print orientation should prioritize strength around the mounting holes - use supports
Check the part regularly for wear or cracks

This is a 3D printed replacement / compatible part, not an original Rounded or Concealment Express product. Always test the fit, retention, comfort, and safety of your holster setup before carrying.
Update!
New version of the claw also comes with additional mag holster. See pictures. This version with mag holster still in testing! The mag is recessed so that its baseplate is approximately at the level of the belt. The magazine does not interfere while drawing, but it cannot be removed when the gun is in the holster which I consider more of a feature than a bug. Suggestions for improvement are welcome!
