In the slicer print it with either 100% infill – or just set the number of walls high enough to make the print solid.
In theory PETG or even ABS may be more stable than PLA. And it would also strengthen the print to print it laying flat on the bed. However i just print it standing up.
My original FreeCAD file is included if you feel you need to customize the part.
