This marble track is based on Yosuke Ikeda's "Algoloop" toy. Everything was fully modeled and tested by me using Fusin360. The marbles will swap sides unless another marble is on the mirrored side, in which case they will both loop in the circle.
Works for marbles up to 17mm, however It is scaleable. (model size scales linearly with the max marble size)
To assemble: simply drop the the inner piece into the outer piece, place any amount of marbles and lift the outer piece to move the marbles one space, lower it to move them again. Recommended to use on a level surface and lifting straight up to prevent getting stuck.
Dimensions(outer infinity): 155.45*84.46*30 mm
Dimensions(outer single): 88*87.96*30 mm
Print settings
Support: None needed
Brim: if you have adhesion issues yes, however not neccesary
Layer height: The smaller the better, mine was printed at 0.12mm
I not sure what the limit to the size/weight of the marbles is, if you print this and it works, tell me what size marble you used! I'll add it to the list.
Marbles that work:
-16mm glass
