I had terrible dripping noises on metal during rainy days in my new apartment. The same day of a big down-poor I made this model and glued it on with double sided tape. It sits there now for several years already and works great.
The base has a bit much volume. In the slicer, I sank the model into the bed to make the first couple dozen layers disappear. It can save you some filament if that's important to you. Use any material you like.
