Faucet valve handle. Fits onto a stem with a flattened circle, 6mm on the flat side and a circle radius of 4mm.
The original was made out of very soft plastic and rounded itself out because of it.
Printed this in PLA and works pretty well.
Very niche but maybe this can save someone some drawing.
