My personal remix of the Falx nerf blaster! Here's a brief summary of the changes:

  • Mag Release (Smaller lever, better mag engagement, wider spring accommodation)

  • Magwell (tolerance tightening, wider spring accommodation)

  • Lynx Grip (Better integration with body)

  • Rear Trunnion (Split in two for easily servicing the Plunger and Ram, removable with a thumb screw assembly)

  • SpringGuide (longer)

  • Front Trunnion (longer, for better bar retention)

  • Mid Rail pieces (combined into one piece)

  • Plunger (square ring variant, thickened overall)

I used the following printed thumbscrews to make the rear of the Falx easily removable:

The thumb screws require longer M3 screws and an extra 4x M3 nuts.

For my personal build, I swapped the linear rod and LM8UU bearings for an 8mm carbon wrap rod and 2x RJ4JP Igus Drylin bearings. Reduces weight by about 100 grams!

Pro tip: wrap a little bit of tape around the bearings when inserted into the Pump, and wrap the ends of the rod when inserting as well! Helps reduce rattle.
