This is a two piece case I designed for the Schiit Vestri dongle. It's comprised of two separate pieces, a TPU liner, and a PLA shell. It also uses a mag-safe magnet and steel ring purchased from Amazon(see links).

The shell can be printed with or without supports. You can probably use whatever ridged filament you want.

For the liner I used 95a TPU and supports. Hopefully your TPU profile is decent as the supports surround the object(see pics).

I used the magsafe sticker and cut-to-fit the cut-out in the shell. I double stacked the magnets and then used the metal ring as a backer(see pics). You can cut the ring with snips.

FYI: You must source a new USB cable at least 5in(115mm) long. The one that comes with the unit is just too short to make work.

EDIT: I centered the magnet location in the model. I had it off center by a few mm. It doesn't effect the looks or function of model. My mistake.

ADDITIONAL INFO: You must insert the Vestri into the TPU sleeve BEFORE installing the sleeve into the shell.

Print settings:

.4mm nozzle

Shell: PLA .16 layer height with .2 initial layer height. Supports not needed if your printer can bridge a 7mm gap.

Liner: 95a TPU .20 layer height. Tree supports, organic, on build plate only.
