This is a 3D-printed center insulator for building a dipole antenna. Two versions are included: one for an SO-239 connector and one for a BNC connector.
The enclosure has room for a 1:1 current balun. I used an FT140-43 toroid for mine with 12 bifilar turns.
Hardware used:
M3 screws for the lid
M5 screws and nuts for the antenna element connection points
Parts:
SO-239 connector: https://amzn.to/4v4gf1t
BNC connector: https://amzn.to/4fBxDFZ
FT140-43 toroid: https://www.digikey.com/short/f7zjnmjm
M3 and M5 screws: https://amzn.to/4aHzDJh
M5 nuts: https://amzn.to/4v49sEY
The antenna wires attach to the M5 hardware on each side of the enclosure. The connector and balun are mounted inside, and the lid is secured with M3 screws.
