This is a case for my Silakka54 wireless split keyboard with Nice!Nano MCU. This is a screwless design.

I designed this for use with Star Citizen and other games where there is a combination of flying and walking on foot or using land vehicles. I like my joystick centered which leaves nowhere for the keyboard.  I use a Virpil WarBRD so it's a hassle unclamping the stick to use the keyboard and the stick sits where I want the keyboard to be. This is my solution.  The printed texture in the knee arch is sufficient to stop the board sliding off  the thigh but I am considering experimenting with glueing grippy cloth to it to improve the non-slip qualities.

The whole thing is screwless and pushes together.

The design uses a base case, a spacer, and an MCU cover.

I have also included an alternative base design with a  separate thigh piece and base.  I intend to create a tenting wedge to clip in as an alternative to the curved thigh piece so that the keyboard can be used on the thigh or on the desk.

Feel free to improve the design, there is certainly scope for it.  The fit is a bit janky and the thigh arch may not be ideal for all sizes.  I have included the 3mf files to allow for easy editing in Fusion or other compatible packages.  Message me if you have any questions.
