I printed with 1 wall and no infill to reduce headset weight and with .08mm layer heights, using multiple colors will increase the weight however. Id also make sure to print on the side or the clips will probably snap.
Type 1 will have the headset attachment attach to the cat ear at the middle, making the ear sit on a tangent to the headset. If you se this version you will have to carefully peel the attachment away from the ears, the top should be easy but you may want a knife or your bed scraper to remove the bottom. I found that normal pla works a lot better then something like matte pla for separation but both should work if your careful enough. Type 2 will attach at the corners and will bend at an inset into the ear, making the gap less noticeable.
The models that say support material will need a separate support material, I used pva; There are multiple ways to slice these files but personally I deleted the actual support, set the support base to pva and then used the support modifier as a support enforcer and set my supports to be pva. If it just says support then then you will have to slowly break off the little support areas and clean up with some clippers and sanding, but it can all be the same material and you don't need your own support.
