Finally, your Core One can express the full gamut of sentient jail robot emotions! Happiness, dismay, ennui...if your printer has no mouth, and yet it must scream, here's your solution!
For my first print (jailbot2.3mf) I tried using double-stick tape. However, this wouldn't adhere to the TPU. So I made a thicker version (jailbot3.3mf) with holes for magnets. There is a pause Gcode in place to let you drop in whatever magnet fits. I used some tiny 6mm x 1.6mm magnets inside the shapes, then on the opposite side of the front plexiglass to keep the shapes in place. Be aware that the magnets will jump to the structural fence if you move things around.
I printed this with Siraya Tech TPU Air for two reasons: it was the only correct shade of green I had for Jailbot, and the lightness of the material let me keep the weight down and use small magnets. I printed with the lowest Shore hardness setting I could, I believe 75A. This is such a neat material.
