Design
Due to the length, object like this challenges most consumer 3D printers. So the idea is to print it in two pieces and connect them together. For connecting pipes, nothing beats threads for reliability and strength.
So here they are: two identical 15cm long tubes connected by a connector using threads. The design allows printing in the preferred vertical direction without using support (some brims can be helpful).
The connector is designed to evenly distribute threads across the two pieces. The threads uses 45 degree profile for sagging free printing.
Printing
Print 2x the body and 1x the connector.
PETG or better is preferred. 2x walls and 15% infill is pretty strong already. You can add more walls and infill for even better strength or heavier weight.
No support is needed. Add some brims to prevent tipping over.
