M17 R4s run notoriously hot and raising the backend up ~1 in has let my system run ~15C cooler.
The current stands fit a bit loose and you could probably reduce the tolerance by 0.2mm for a snug fit, but they work like a champ.
I printed mine in black Overture ASA with the flat side + logo on the bed. 15% gyroid infill.
Update 1: Created and uploaded a v2 that's much more snug and stronger.
Update 2: Created and uploaded a v3 that accepts an alienware logo insert (also uploaded). Final picture attached.
