I used the recently released parametric CAD files from Core Devices (thanks, Eric!) to design a sleeker Bumper Case from scratch.
I printed this with a 0.1mm layer height on my Prusa Core One and Prusa Mini. I've successfully tested it using PETG, PA6-CF (filled filaments look especially great for this!), and PLA.
This is a tight fit and a much more delicate model than my previous one, so you might want to play with your printer settings and calibration. I designed the model to make the slicer put the seams in the best possible places, but you might still need to carefully clean up any imperfections on the inner surface to get a perfect fit.
Important:
Please use "Classic" perimeter generation instead of Arachne for this model. In my testing, Arachne created weird artifacts on the outer surfaces, while Classic gave a much cleaner result.
Update: I added a version without sides to showcase the watch's accent color per request. Please be aware that this version has somewhat reduced structural rigidity and will not snap on as securely as the original version.
