I made this mount for the Deltaco ARM-0451 and ARM-0452, to carry a piece of wood as a platform for other equipment.

I don't have a picture to show of the final assembly as I did it for my former workplace.
The only image is of the partial printed model on a UltiMaker S5.

The mount is screwed to a piece of wood 90 mm or more in height that creates a sturdy base for mounting equipment like Logitech Rally Bar or the Logitech Rally Plus as illustrated below.

Print:
The models are already in the correct orientation for maximum strength.
Print with at least 3 walls and 15% infill.

BOM:
You will need the following:

  • 4x M4 40 mm (maybe 30 mm will fit)

  • 4x M4 nuts

  • 8x M4 washers 12-15 mm in size

  • 6x M4 wood screws

  • Piece of wood 90 mm or more in height and the length to match the equipment you will mount.

Assembly:

  1. Print 4x of the "Nut capture" place the nuts in the sockets and the washers on top. Maybe you need to add a drop of glue or piece of tape to have the washers stay in place with the holes alligned.

  2. Put the four "Nut capture" into the matching holes in the "front" model.
The washer and nut should be trapped inside between the "nut capture" and the "front" model.

  3. Attach the "Front" model to a piece of wood. There are 6 holes for M4 screws
The wood can be used to attach the AV equipment.

  4. Place the wood with the "Front" model on the upper part of the Deltaco cart.
Put the "Back" model on to sandwich the Deltaco. It shouls match the profile perfectly.

  5. Four M4 screws with washers goes into the holes on the "back" model and attaches to the nuts inside the "Front" model.
