This is the watertight file of a 3d scan of my very own smart roadster.
It includes suspentions, drivetrain, tyre deformation, everything visible from the outside of the car. The mesh was manually edited over hundreds of hours to be watertight while accuratly preserving the absolut maximum amount of details possible.
The attached STL has 6 million triangles, but I also own a 30M watertight mesh and a non-watertight mesh (radiator grills etc.) that I will share upon requiest.
The primary goal of this is to serve the car community: Run simulations off of it, make bodykits off of it, check interfirences, make liveries... If you do want to print it, bigger is better; the wheels are attached to the body by the actual connecting points of the car, and the scan of course includes very small features.
Despite some errors the slicer likes to throw, I had success printing it by FDM, SLA and SLS.
