Keep those Blokees coins in an easily stored and expandable display set! The set can be added to over time by printing and connecting new panels when needed.
Printing:
All parts can be printed without supports, in the orientation provided. If your bed adhesion is low you might need to add a raft to the Hinge parts. If your printer doesn't have sufficient cooling for small bridges you might notice some artifacts where the Clips insert in the Main Panel. Printing with supports should help in those cases.
Print as many of the Main Panel pieces as needed. Each holds four coins. Print three Hinge parts for each two panels you need to connect. These parts can be printed in any material.
Print two Center clips and four Outside clips for each panel. I highly recommend PETG for these pieces for better flexability and long-term stability. PLA clips are more likely to become brittle and break over time.
Assembly:
The hinges are designed for 1.75mm filament to be used as the connector. Test that a piece of filament will slide through each hinge piece before assembly. If it's too tight, try printing the "Hinge Larger" version. I also highly suggest using a section of PETG filament for the connector to prevent brittleness over time.

Glue two Hinge parts to one side of a Main Panel, leaving a gap between them. Each hinge has a bumped out section that will slot into the recesses on two sides of each Main Panel for alignment. Glue the third Hinge part to the middle of the second Main Panel.
IMPORTANT: Be sure to check the orientation of your panels and hinges to ensure they're folding in the direction you want!
The Clips press into the backs of each panel. Each clip includes a piece to align into a slot to make sure it's oriented properly. The parts should press firmly into place. You might need to add a drop of glue if they pop out when adding your coins later.

Once all the glue is dry, assemble the panels and push a piece of filament through the hinges to connect them. Push the Blokees coins into each slot firmly. They should hold with enough pressure to stay in place, but allow you to remove them later without damaging the coin.
