Custom Screw‑Top Container (many variants available)
This container features a 1.75‑turn screw‑top and is part of a modular design that is still under active development.
I can create many different versions of this container on request.
As solid care products become more common as an alternative to liquid products, I designed several container variants to help organize solid shampoo bars, solid body wash, or tooth‑cleaning tablets during travel, camping, outdoor activities, hiking, or simply at home in the bathroom.
These containers offer a practical, rock solid and reusable way to store or transport such products, helping to reduce plastic waste and to support more conscious, sustainable product choices.
They also provide a clean, organized, and visually appealing way to keep these items at home.
Supported customization options:
Inner diameter: 35 mm and above
Inner height: 23 mm and above (20 mm net height when using the 3 mm drip grid)
Wall thickness: 2 mm and above
Knurling: on the lid, on the lower part of the box, or both
Pictograms or embossed markers: optional icons or surface labels
3 mm Internal honeycomb drip grid: yes/no
All dimensions are included in the part names (box, lid, grid)
Diameter (Ø) and wall thickness are organized in separate folders.
Box naming scheme:
Box_65x35_K is the box of the container with an inner diameter of 65 mm, inner height of 35 mm and Knurling.
It’s perfect for shampoo bars like the ones from Lush, for example.
Lid piktogram naming scheme:
TPT names refers to Tooth Paste Tablet parts
SPB names refers to Shower Soap Bar parts
HSB names refers to Hair Soap Bar parts
P refers to Piktogram
K refers to Knurling
i.e. HSB_lid_65x20_PK is the lid of the Hair Soap Bar container with an inner diameter of 65 mm , total height of 20 mm, Piktogram and Knurling.
