UPDATE: I've made an improved version that doesn't require support:
This is my (old) version of an adapter for NATO straps to attach the Fitbit Air to them. This adapter prints perfectly from PLA and isn’t very bulky. However, it won’t work without support material.
I think it’s much more comfortable (especially the 20mm version) and, above all, more personalized—and also much cheaper—than the original straps from Google.
You’ll get the best results if you set the quality to the highest level under “Variable Layer Height” in the slicer.
Tip: I've found that it looks even better when printed upside down (position the piece as if you were placing it on your arm). With support of course.
