This is a fan tower to cool two NVidia DGX Sparks

I found the hottest spot on the Spark was actually under the cover plate in the center.  So I decided to place a heatsink there and blow air through two of them.

Parts Required:

You will use the removable bottom covers from the Spark as templates to cut the thermal pads to fit exactly where those covers go. The pads should be just a tiny bit thicker than the recessed area. The sinks only touch this thermal pad, which is why they needs to be at least 2-3mm thick.

Optionally cover the antennas with the 3d printable covers and optionally seal the covers with Kapton.  This keeps the thermal pad from sagging into the holes.

Guide to the temperature controller, which is poorly / barely documented on Amazon:

"+" and "-" Buttons

These buttons operate during different modes.

  • In temperature operation mode, it toggles whether you see the temperature or the rpm.

  • In fan speed control mode, it raises and lowers the speed

  • In settings mode, you change the settings temperature

The OK Button

Short press switches from temperature control to fan speed control
Long press puts you in temperature settings:

  • H## - temperature for highest fan speed

  • L##  - temperature for low fan speed

  • C## - temperature for cut-off
