Voronoi TPU Bone

A flexible Voronoi-style Bone designed for TPU filament. Its open lattice structure makes it lightweight, soft, and fun to squeeze. Perfect as a stress-relief toy, or a sensory fidget.

The organic pattern gives the bone an eye-catching appearance while maintaining excellent flexibility and durability.

Features

  • ✅ Perfect dog toy.

  • ✅ Flexible

  • ✅ Optimized for TPU

  • ✅ Soft, lightweight, and durable

  • ✅ Great as sensory toy

  • ✅ Unique modern look

Recommended Print Settings

  • Material: TPU (95A or similar)

  • Nozzle temperature: 220–240 °C (Depends on the filament manufacturer’s recommendations.)

  • Bed temperature: 20–60 °C (Depends on the filament manufacturer’s recommendations.)

  • Layer height: 0.2 mm

  • Nozzle: 0.4 mm

  • Infill: 10-20%

  • Infill Pattern: Gyroid

  • Print speed: 15–40 mm/s depending on your TPU

  • Fan speed: 50–100% (Increased cooling helps the filament solidify faster, improving overhang quality and minimizing sagging in unsupported areas.)

  • Support Settings: (The Bone has many overhangs due to its structure, so supports are necessary.)
    For best results:

    • Set "Support Placement" to "Touching Buildplate" or "On build plate only". This ensures supports only rise from the print bed and do not rest on the model itself, making post-processing much easier

    • Use a low support density for easier removal

    • TPU prints benefit from slower support interface speeds

    • Optional: To achieve a smoother surface finish, supports can be printed using a different material (e.g. PLA, BVOH or PVA) on a multi-material printer.
