Inspired by the control panels found in 1960s-era spacecraft, this 4-channel switch panel combines vintage aerospace styling with modern smart home functionality.

The primary design is intended for use with an ESP32 and Home Assistant. Each latching toggle switch can control a Home Assistant entity, while dedicated status LEDs display the actual state of the connected device. The panel uses a synchronization method that keeps the physical controls intuitive even when devices are operated from Home Assistant, voice assistants, or automations.

The toggle switches used in this build are rated for AC 220V, making the design suitable for traditional lighting control as well. Versions for both Home Assistant integration and AC wiring are included.

Features:

  • Apollo-inspired spacecraft design

  • 4-channel control panel

  • ESP32 and ESPHome compatible

  • Home Assistant integration

  • Status LEDs for each channel

  • M12 and M16 switch support

  • Fully 3D printable enclosure

  • Optional AC lighting control version

  • Wall or workbench mounting
