This is simple yet strong design that will hold your 18-22mm poles allowing you to get nice looks
To fit a smaller pole than 18mm of diameter consider printing a spacing ring, it is not included here but it is probably the easiest thing to design and print to size.
Important Notes
- Use a strong and reliable material to print, weak materials like PLA will break with the weight, personal recommendation https://www.prusa3d.com/product/prusament-pla-galaxy-silver-1kg/
- Safety is important so when fixing it make sure your screws are at least 15mm/kg fixed to the wall or frame, the curtains tested were weighting 1.5kg with 20mm screws and still hanging after 6 months
- Make sure the material used is either UV friendly or hidden from the sun light as it will reduce the model resistance
- When fitting make sure to secure the top part with 2 screws
