There are so many designs already out there for headphone/headset hangers, however my son's headhone has an extremely soft headband cusion and other designs I tried all left dents in the headband. That is why I designed a very wide version, fully supporting the entire headband cusion

Notes:
I used Prusa's Slic3r and added a moddifier to the last few milimeters of the part, with only 3 perimeters, yet with no top layers and a honeycomb infill pattern to create the visual effect as shown the pictures.
