My elbows were hanging off the edge of the desktop on my IKEA IDASEN. I decided to design and print this support to accommodate it. It works like a charm, as long as you don't stand on it. It's press-fit. No screws are required to use it. You can slide it where it fits you best.
I suggest you print it on its side to minimize support material, and to maximize in-use strength of the parts.
The layers are laid like this (|||||) instead of parallel to the desktop edge where they would be stressed the most.
