Using the gridfinity workbench addon in Freecad, I created a stack that can be changed by parameters.

I found I couldn't use the pre-made stacks for Bamboo printers for some reason, so I rolled my own in Freecad.

Step 1.

Change the Gridfinity base using the parameters  in baseplate data tab.  (Click on the baseplate in the tree, click the data tab, and then select how many grid squares.  I've only used the minimal baseplate (no magnets).

Step 2.

Change the number of baseplates in the stack using the VarSet parameters (number in stack and interface height)

Interface height should be multiples of layer height.

Step 3.

Highlight all bodies in Freecad and export to Prusaslicer as STEP

There was a dialogue box that asked me about importing multple models or something, the right answer is 'YES".  -  (I can't remember what the dialogue is asking )

Step 4.

Select each part in turn and change the filament for each one. Ensure if you print the base in PETG, the interface is PLA or vice-versa.

I print mine in the "0.2mm Structural preset" for my MK4S with MMU3.

Then send!

You may need the workbench installed in Freecad.  It is available in the addon manager.
