A simple print used to add grid lines to petri dishes, usually agar plates. After printing, place agar side up, and place stencil on top. Trace out the lines once with a fine tip pen or sharpie. Rotate 90 degrees and trace out the lines again. You will end up with 36 evenly spaced complete squares, or 52 sections if you include those at the edge.
