Rugged case for 303 ammunition with removable insert. I've kept this the same footprint as the 243 box I made earlier for ease of storage. Since this case is only physically taller it means you can swap and use the 243 insert in here if you have both.
Assembly requires 6x 30mm M3 screws for latches and hinges. I used black hex M3 screws for these.
The insert has a bottom, so it can be removed with contents in place.
Prints without supports. Latches may be best printed with 5mm brim for adhesion reliability.
Materials used in photos are eSun PETG solid blue and solid black for the case, solid grey for the insert, and eSun TPU 95A grey for the seal. I used 0.2/0.2mm fuzzy skin painted on outside of box, lid and latches excluding areas that face latches & hinges and the sides of the latches themselves.
