Used a set of these on my old Thrustmaster pedals and loved them, however wasn't able to find any for the new Cammus set.
So I designed some with similar angles and height to those. They were comfortable to me on my sim rig at its slightly tilted angle, they'd be even more comfortable on a flat surface like a F1 setup or floor setup.
Allows for OEM plate use, and adjustable mounting location based on your preference. Used a small lip around the edge to help with screw locating.
Printed with PETG-CF for added stiffness, but not necessary. Standard PETG will probably work just as well here. PLA also, but I'd be worried on the hard braking moments.
Including the step file so you can adjust holes if you have different pedal plates
