Designed for roll size: 6mm width, 5m length. Width can be adjusted in source FreeCAD file variables.
Now you only can pull out stripe, no roll back. This was a quick and dirty work just to put my roll to prevent winding out. If you are interested in roll back handle, let me know, I'm a bit lazy to design it for myself yet.
It snaps in, but you can additionally secure it with small screw. Mine is 6x2mm, but you can use literally any small self-tapping screw.
