1st-sand 360's buttons diameter down to the size of your shells holes to confirm fitment. I used p120 grit
2nd- once fitment is smooth and not catching in the assembly set 360 button on the 3dprinted fitment and measure where you need to cut the length for the 360's button to match the height of the OEM steam deck buttons.( careful and be mindful of the B buttons angle)
3rd- rotate and align the cut 360 button on the 3dprint base and using a sharpie mark a line when the button is centered for easy alignment when gluing the button to the base. keep in mind the indented part of the button stays on the bottom so the membrane can sit inside like the original buttons ( sorry didnt take a pic for this part, do your best to keep the button centered for example the bottom part of the Y is what i lined up with the sharpie mark on the 3dprinted base)

as for the 360 buttons you can find them on aliexpress pretty cheap or tearing down an old controller
