You may need to create multiple copies to get the proper width of your window. I simply glued them together once they were mounted in the window frame under the bottom sash. I used PETG for temperature resistance. I had multiple windows in the home I purchased that were missing this seal. each one was about 29.5" wide and required 2.75 of these to be printed. I used side cutters to cut a clean straight line on the last one and glued all three pieces together once they were sitting in the slot in the window frame.
