Sc1,2,3,4 are for the version without a z drive. You will need:
standart servo
35 outrunner with 25mm mounting holes
a shaft like this, choose the L25 and last diameter according to your motor shaft
for the rudder tube, take something like this OD 9x ID 8, 200mm is way more than enough

cut the rudder tube at needed length (4cm), slap the 2 bearings at each end, fill with grease, insert in the hole.
You just have to add a 3mm stainless steel bar in it, attach the rudder to the bottom and link the top to the servo
