The base model is the adapter without any recess, you can use that to build whatever you need for your lock.
"Fit 1" is one of the provided pieces which comes with the lock.
"Standard Tailpiece" is a custom version that accepts a 2x6.75mm tailpiece. This is intended to be heat set into the printed part. This is the tailpiece I use to interface with my Medeco lock.
