Replacement vents for a McQuay furnace/AC unit. I'm not certain if this will fit all furnace models, but the CAD files are available and should be easy enough to adjust if needed.

Printed in ABS for heat tolerance. Do not print these in PLA or other materials with a low melting point. Doing so will very likely destroy your furnace and spread very unpleasant fumes throughout your home.

  • .2mm layer height

  • 3 bottom/top layers

  • 3 perimeters

  • Support enforcers on connector holes

  • Support enforcers on connector pegs

For the door hinge, a short piece of guitar string works well. You can cap the ends with the hinge pin inserts.
