Blank frame for a North American license plate. You can superglue the two halves together.
I liked Kernel Sanders' design and thought it work well for other custom designs seeing that it has a large area to add something at the bottom.
I don't have any photos of just a blank frame, because I've never printed one without a design applied to it. The photos shown are designs I made using the blank frame as a canvas.
