A flextail adapter I needed for one our air matresses, but parametric so you should be able to adapt it to you liking.

There is just a single parameter to set, set that (BuitenDia) to the external diameter that you need.
The resulting print should fit on both the inflate and the deflate side of the Flextail Max Pump 3.
It prints without support, just make sure you have the pump end of the adapter pointing up. I printed in PETG which is perfect for this application imho.
