I found several designs of wands holding a payment card, but the size of those cards makes it impossible to create a Harry-Potter-Style wand. All those wands look like a fairy scepter.
But there are micro payment cards available with a size of 15x25mm. For a prepaid mastercard, just google for VIMPay, you can get them for 15 bucks. I can't tell anything about this "VIMPay" company, so please do not treate this as a recommendation.
I got hands on a micro card, launched my Fusion360 and redesigned a usual Elderwand (Elder Wand - 151517) from thingiverse. I just shortened it so it fits in a jacket, made a thicker top pearl and made a slot for the card. I did not invent a smart connection between tip and base part.
I just glued it and if I ever want to get my card back, I'll have to destroy the wand. So what?
Now, every time have to pay in a shop, I say "by wand please" and as the terminal shows the amount, I put my wand on it an do the magic spell "Accio Pecunia" loud and clear with a commanding tone.
The puzzled look of the other customers require an explanation like "Finally, all those years at Hogwarts pay out."
Have fun.
