I significantly modified the original model on Grabcad to allow for use of tire weights to properly balance the putter, cover plates, and a putter face.
I printed in PETG and used a scrap piece of 6.25mm metal I had lying around the shop for the face. Fill the spaces with tire weights and/or a metal face to balance it to your desired feel. I used a spare shaft I took from an old club and a super stroke grip, with a grip 75g counter balance weight.
Print Settings
I recommend PETG or a CF filament if you are able to print it.
50% infill or more
0.2 layer height
Textured PEI plate
Faceplate in PETG, Metal Plate, or TPU would even work for a bit of spring.
Faceplate 100% infill
Base covers 100% infill
Supports for the main body only
I recommend printing the main body upright like in the example w/tree hybrid or slim supports for the best top and bottom surfaces. This also creates cleaner weight cavities and seems to reduce printer shake with a smaller footprint.
The screws I used may be a bit too small for some. I may try some larger ones with more course thread in the future iterations.
Here are links to the weights and screws I used but you can use anything that works. I even used cut off pcs of rebar as weights in the early versions.

Have fun!
Update - I forgot to mention the very front long slim cavity behind the face is intended to fit a single row of tire weights if you choose to 3d print a face plate, or can be used (like I did) as an anchor point to screw in a metal face plate. With the metal face plate I did not need the extra weight of the tire weights.
