That element should be inserted into the topmost part of the vertical support of my portable magloop (made from a 20 mm plastic tube with internal diameter of 18 mm). At one end the primary loop should be mounted. On the another, you should mount the secondary loop. If necessary, you may extend each end with the 20 mm plastic tube.
