Designed and built by the Vikram Space and Science Club (VSSC). This custom flight simulator console features a functional dual-lever throttle and flaps system powered by precise Hall effect sensors. It also integrates three dedicated toggle switches mapped for Landing Gear, Autopilot, and Parking Brakes.
We successfully deployed this setup at our recent workshop where over 250 students utilized it to take off and cruise to 1,500 feet!
Features:
Dual analog axis (Throttle & Flaps) using edge-locking logic to eliminate signal noise.
3 Switch inputs converted to fast digital pulses for seamless compatibility with Microsoft Flight Simulator / FSX.
Fully 3D printable without complex support structures.
About Vikram Space and Science Club (VSSC): We are dedicated to modernizing technical education and fostering a deep love for aerospace engineering, robotics, and hands-on maker culture among young students.
