I've printed in TPU which makes it nearly indestructible.

Use 95A or harder for more stiffness. 82A works too and makes it a little more woobly.
Foam TPU 95A makes it light and retains some stiffness.
As you can see, there is options for individual preferences.

Set to 4 perimeters.
Activate "avoid crossing perimeters", this helps with stringing.
5 top/bottom layers.

Assemble with a little sticky tape wrapped around the joints.
#PRO TIP#
When TPU is stuck to the print bed, use a drop of isopropyl alcohol. Peels right off!
