This is a case for the Waveshare ESP32 ETH POE kit. It could probably use some more tweaks, but it let me get my RF Proxy into a case relatively easily!
Here is the original design in OnShape.
I used this setup to make an RF Proxy using ESPHome and Home Assistant.
