Made a replacement after the tip unscrewed and lost it. I printed using a 0.4mm nozzle on the cura super high quality preset. prints well with just a skirt for me. Depending if your Printer is tunned well or youre using non original pen refiles and Spring i have provided fusion 360 user settings.
tol just how much over/under extrusion you have based on calibration cube.
hole diameter is based on how tuned your printer is for the hole of the pen refil.
thread spacer: you can adjust if youre not using original refills the pen might not fully click, screw/unscrew the tip til it works, measure the gap, adjust the spacer in cad and reprint.
