On my handcart, the locking mechanism had worn out over time, meaning you could no longer lock the handle at the different lengths. So I recreated it and improved it slightly.
Please print it exactly as shown in the slicer image so that the overhangs for the spring are more stable.
I printed the whole thing in PA6-GF. PLA+ should work as well, though it might not last quite as long.
100% infill.
