A PVC pipe (2 inch diameter) cap that is used during concrete wall creation that require embedded electrical piping conduits to cap the ends at the form wall interface.

Slides inside the end of the pipe tightly and can be nailed to the concrete form wall to hold pipe in place without letting concrete enter into pipe.  Once concrete wall form is set and form wall removed the cap can be extracted out of the end of the pipe.

Usage

Place Cap on end of PVC pipe (2 inch diameter).  Using the 3 nail holes attach to the form wall.  Pour concrete into form and await setting.  Once Concrete has set and form walls are removed the cap should be visible.  Poke hole through end of cap (it is a very thin covering) and pull cap out of pipe.
