This is a Hydroflask boot with AirTag holder on the bottom. I made this after I lost one too many water bottles. The boot fits snuggly on a 24oz Hydroflask bottle. The design has an interior diameter of 73mm with a wall thickness of 1.5mm.
For added snugness, I used a spray rubber seal (FlexSeal brand in the US) with a very thin coat. This step is optional.
It is recommended that you remove the boot before washing the water bottle even though AirTags are water resistant.
There is space in the center of the bottom side of the boot for a monogram. As pictured, the engraving is at a depth of 0.20mm.
Print settings for TPU with shore hardness 95A (as pictured):
0.4mm nozzle
0.2mm FLEX default setting in PrusaSlicer
Print settings for TPU with shore hardness 85A (I used Nijatek Ninjaflex):
0.4mm nozzle
0.2mm Ninjatek Nijaflex settings in PrusaSlicer
Infill 35% gyroid
Max print speed 20 mm/s
Max volumetric speed 2.5 mm^3/s
During self leveling: set nozzle temp to 180ºC or lower to prevent oozing as this really gunks up the bed and interferes with leveling on the Prusa MK4s and CoreOne+
