Be sure to print the hairs as overhangs. Use a knife carefully to remove the thin wall so the brush can be used.
Print Settings:
Layer Height: 0.2mm.
Nozzle: 0.4mm.
Infill: 10%.
Perimeters: 3 Walls.
Material: PETG/ASA (PLA can work, but won't last as long).
Support: Required - only for the surfboard, not for the hairs.
Bed adhesion: Raft can help.
