Moire spinner
This is a very simple electronics project that includes a couple components listed below:

1x M3 x 14mm screw / bolt (any brand)
2x M3 x 6mm screw / bolt (any brand)
Super glue (any brand)
I very highly recommend using different contrasting colours for the back plane behind the patterned sections such as black and red, or silver and black. this allows for the pattern to take its full affect and should work with any sufficiently different colours.
Print settings:
% 10 - 15 infill
3 - 4 walls
0.15 - 0.1mm layer hight
